Food Families Guide
This document is a food family guide for foods tested for those with food sensitivities. Clients may use this guide to expand their list of well tolerated foods. Discharged patients may also use this guide if needed.

MRT Profiles
This list the foods and food chemicals tested on the Mediator Release Test ("MRT"). This test is used for those who screen high for food sensitivity reactions which is involved in over 40 medical conditions. Dietary protocols used by Nutrition Advancement combine this testing with a customized diet.
