Dining Out Guidelines

Don't eat at restaurants where food is already prepared.

When at a restaurant where food is prepared and cooked to order, before being seated tell the host/hostess that you have food allergies and ask if you can have your food cooked to order.

Know your safe foods and identify those foods on the menu.

When ordering, tell the waiter/waitress exactly what you want and how you want your food prepared. State the medical reason to your waiter/waitress.
